Customer Orders

• Ensure that the all customer order request are properly documented and executed on the given timeline;
• Conducts follow-throughs to Head Office of the pending supplier delivery;
• Updates Sales and Operations department on customer order status;
• Ensure the closure of the customer order requests and posted accordingly

Products and Display

• Conducts pep talk to merchandisers in relation to price revisions, change of description, promos and new items;
• Monitors and ensures the minimum and maximum inventory of outright and concessionaire items based on the generated reports;
• Monitor, review and validates material requisition for stock replenishment;
• Monitor and coordinate to Head Office on the pending, undelivered and incomplete purchase orders;
• Monitors the ingress of newly-approved items and suppliers
• Checks and monitors the product display and module of the items
• Coordinates with the Category Supervisor with the concerns on display, slow-moving items, pull-out requests and transfer activities;
• Monitors the implementation of price revision;
• Checks that all the necessary promo collaterals are updated and properly posted;
• Gives recommendation for the old-aged and slow-moving items; and
• Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

• Must be a graduate of any business-related program;
• With experience in purchasing and retail function;
• Knowledgeable in inventory management;
• With a background in using SAP is an advantage;
• Good decision-making skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; and
• Keen to details
