Job Description
- Monitor supplier performance to assess the ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers
- Develop or implement procedures or systems to evaluate or select suppliers.
- Document physical supply chain processes, such as workflows, cycle times, system flows.
- Create supply plans to ensure availability of materials or products.
- Define performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain factors, such as product cost or quality.
- Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service.
- Prepares purchased order for the outsource
- Responsible for the request of materials to be purchased
- Communicates with the outsourced team in terms of Production status
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- With at least 3-5 years of work experience in the related field
- Must have good negotiation skills
- Confident and dynamic personality
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Can plan and strategize ahead of time
- Knowledgeable on raw materials for apparels and services
