Job Description
- Handles key accounts (previous clients/contacts).
- Handles account inquiries, complaints or support calls.
- Provide end to end customer service.
- Proactively identify and raise areas for process/policy improvement through the appropriate channels to prevent further customer issues.
- Work as part of a larger team to create a continuous improvement culture.
- Integrate key learning into operations to help support customer advocacy.
Minimum Qualifications
Custom Thread is looking for a customer-centric focused person who will help the sales team in handling inquiries.
Requirements:
- 6 months - 1 year experience in customer service.
- Must have good negotiation skills.
- Fluent in conversational English (both written and oral).
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Required skills : account management, customer support, documentation, computer literate.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Must have a keen attention to details.
