Job Description
- Responsible for transitioning and assisting clients from sales to production effectively
- Constant facilitation and coordination between client and production until delivery of orders
- Assist and support sales team with key initiatives
- Follow up with clients for payment completion
- Initiate up-selling of different products and/or re-orders and account renewals
- Immediately identify any possible issues and ensure immediate actions
- Submit account status reports to Business Development Manager
- Maintain excellent and optimum client relations and represent the company in the best possible way
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate from any university with a degree in business management is preferred.
- Experience in Sales and/or Account Management for at least 2 years.
- Excellent client management and customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently and effectively.
- Ability to communicate on different platforms efficiently.
- Excellent coordination and multitasking skills.
- Must be extremely detail-oriented and deadline-oriented.
- Must possess positive, charming, and energetic personality.
- Ability to work in-office full time during daylight hours.
