Job Description
- Lead and develop a high performing team of direct reports to become consultants to their clients, using their in-depth knowledge and understanding of their client’s business and value proposition, products, and services to deliver incremental billed business growth.
- Handle a diverse high performing team and the relevant challenges.
- Coach on how to effectively manage a pipeline, plan and manage time, build relationships, and influence client decisions to deliver results
- Ensure premium value is delivered that aligns with clients goals and deliver a positive customer experience and achieves customer advocacy.
- Drive Charge Volume and Client Retention for the respective channel in the assigned market.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience leading teams supporting the Australian Market.
- Proven track record in leading front-line (phone based) Business to Business Sales or Account Development Teams and driving a strong performance culture to achieve Key Performance Indicators and Targets.
- Preferably with a Financial background is preferred.
- Strong people leadership and followership skills.
- Strong development coaching skills to diverse team member profiles and operational efficiency.
- Proven communication skills to collaborate and influence decisions.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact with corporate clients such as Decision Makers, Financial Controllers, Accountants, etc.
- Effective sales pipeline planning and time management, consultative selling, and negotiation skills to achieve results.
- Strong analytical, financial acumen, including an understanding of the market business environment to drive performance.
- Able to build a culture of integrity and personal accountability, in alignment with compliance and business requirements.
- Able to maintain a positive attitude even during changing work priorities.
- Strategic, delivers results, highly organized and self-motivated, and with strong initiative.
- Maturity, flexibility, and patience to respond to dynamic work environment and ever-changing needs.
- Strong team player.
- Comfortable in operating in a highly matrixed environment and operate effectively even with business ambiguity.
