Job Description
- Partners with operations to launch process improvement projects impacting revenue generation, customer service experience, first call resolution & Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Launch and mentor several process improvement projects impacting revenue generation, customer service experience, first call resolution & Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Lead creation of solution design & responses to RFPs/RFIs (Request for Proposals/Information) involving transition methodology, staffing, training delivery, technology & infrastructure for BPO clients, including pricing & timelines.
Minimum Qualifications
- With black belt certification
- From the BPO industry
- Preferably with experience supporting banking, financial services, HRO & insurance clients.
- With background in conducting six sigma projects/interventions in the last 3 years
- Well versed & immersed in various BPO processes (customer service, technical support, collections, F&A, HRO, etc) to have a broad view of options to put together in creating a solution.
- Experienced in client management, mapping out project risks & timelines, process mapping & solution/process design identification.
