Leadership Coach | Capability and Development Specialist  

The Capability and Development Specialist role will be responsible for supporting and embedding leadership capability initiatives and contributing to the development of the emerging and frontline leaders in their assigned geographical locations.

The role is accountable for the ff:

• Implement support of the company's people development program.
• Support the assessment of program effectiveness.
• Identify people development needs, resulting in effective behavioural change across all roles within the company.
• Support and embed new group initiatives, identifying and sharing best practice, continuous improvement, and simplification opportunities.

This role will involve role modelling effective coaching methodology and facilitating leadership focus sessions and workshops.

One role will be based in Makati City office, and another role will be based in Pasay City office. Both will report to the Group Learning & Development Manager.

• At least 3 years of experience in a Leadership or Coaching role.
• Experience in a Sales and Service Environment or the BPO industry is essential
• Preferably with learning facilitation experience in leadership, management or other business disciplines.
• Strong people development and coaching skills.
• Ability to use adult learning principles in both design and facilitation of a blended learning approach.
• Familiarity with current and relevant training methodologies that support a blended learning approach (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc).
• Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative style - comfortable communicating with stakeholders and building relationships at all levels of the organization.
