Bookkeeper  

You must be experienced and knowledgable in the tasks stated below as you will:

• Handle A/P (Accounts Payable), A/R (Accounts Receivable), Inventory, Cash;

• Perform accounts reconciliation and maintenance of SL's (subsidiary ledgers);

• Prepare vouchers and other accounting forms and processes;

• Record full sets of books of accounts - Sales, Disbursements, Receipts, General Journal;

• Submit requirements mandated by the BIR, SSS, Phil-health and Pag-ibig Fund and other exposure;

• Assist in FS preparation;

• Bachelors Degree, major in Accounting;
• At least 2 years experience;
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
