Job Description
- Responsible for establishing, developing and maintaining business relationship for both new and existing accounts
- Serves as the primary contact for the client during the sales process offering a broad spectrum of products and services in a team-based (design, project management, installation, sales support, etc.)
- Develop relationships with various influencers (A/D community, commercial real estate brokers, property managers, network groups etc.) in order to identify potential opportunities early
- Work directly with regular and prospective customers to discover needs, demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders
Minimum Qualifications
- Prior experience in office furniture industry, general knowledge of systems furniture, and experience in customer interaction desired
- Ability to tell the story through strong presentation communication skills, both verbal and written
- Burning desire to identify problems, and lead a team to create innovative, client-driven solutions
- Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, problem-solving and process-thinking skills
- An honest, ethical and hardworking attitude, and a desire to succeed
- Get-it-done attitude
