Job Description
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email and text messages
- Deliver accurate product information to customer through effective communication
- Generate sales by booking air, car, hotel and other travel products to customer’s travel
- Resolve customer service issues timely
- Operate back-end system on bookings and make necessary order updates
- Manage inbound and outbound deliveries efficiently
- Provide constructive feedback on products, sales and effectiveness of promotions
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks when required
Minimum Qualifications
- With experience in customer service role
- Knowledgeable in handling Facebook live chat, calls and Email would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skill
- Can multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Customer focus and adaptability to diverse types of behavior.
- Proficient in using English.
- Can speak Chinese is an advantage.
- Amenable can work in Cebu.
