Job Description
- Assists to oversee and support daily payments and refund process.
- Prepares of monthly bank reconciliation against sales.
- Assists in monthly closing of accounts.
- Assists in monthly reporting of financials to holding company.
- Assists the Finance Director/ Manager in annual financial audit of the company.
- Handles tax matters such as VAT, Withholding tax, and filing of tax returns with BIR.
- Other ad-hoc duties such as administrative tasks as assigned by Finance Director/ Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Finance.
- 2 years of experience in an Accounting role.
- Good communication skills in English
- Experience in the following:
- Preparing and filing of tax returns with BIR.
- Working with a foreign company.
- Knowledge in IFRS or equivalent is an advantage.
- Professional work ethic. (teamwork, autonomy, dynamism, honesty, sense of initiative, organization skill)
- Able to use MS Office.
- Must be available to travel if required.
