Business Unit Manager  

Reports directly to the Managing Director and is responsible in providing leadership for the overall day-to-day commercial issues of the CTC Business particularly the Philippine operation. Moreover, it includes the following goals to accomplish within the limits established or authorized by the Management Team:

• Implements orders as directed by the Managing Director and informs him on status & progress of the various activities of the day-to-day commercial operations and logistical issues.
• Deploys the right resources for the right purposes & high-value returns aligned with his/her basic mission.
• Periodically reviews & optimizes issues related to our structure, process and people for productivity improvement.
• Prepares and submits an annual sales plan & budget for review & approval.
• Gives suggestions and advises management for making key changes in planning of various issues and business decisions
• Pursuing sales leads & prospective clients, building client relationships
• Delivering presentations and proposals
• Maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions and negotiating and closing business deals
• May require local/overseas travel

• · Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Chemical Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, Food Technology, Nutrition, Dietetics, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent

  · Preference to the person who has Technical literacy & has Sales & Marketing leadership role within the Wellness Food and Nutritionals Industries.

  · Strong writing and presentation skills

  · Proven revenue generation and international sales experience
