Job Description
- The booked customer orders are processed based on approved sales/client’s requirements and on agreed pricings.
- Logistical support by ensuring the accuracy, completeness of documentation and quality condition of goods for delivery.
- That the aspects in distribution logistics are working together to fulfill the orders and deliver the goods on a timely basis direct to client’s designated warehouse.
- The full cycle of the billing process from invoicing to billing statement generation are accurate and transmitted to customers promptly and periodically.
- Timely reporting of outstanding receivables, collections, and movement of inventory and quality conditions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Customs Administration or any related course
- Minimum of six (6) months to one (1) year experience in logistics (imports and exports)
- Strong commitment to Customer Satisfaction, Self-driven, Optimistic and Result oriented with a positive outlook and clear focus on high-quality job performance.
- Exposure to logistics is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and good customer service
