Business Unit Associate / Technical Sales Associate  

1.Provide assistance in the various day-to-day commercial operations and logistical activities of the sales team for the effective and efficient implementation of sales strategies to ensure achievement of sales targets.

2.Provide assistance in generating new projects and effectively managing existing projects to facilitate commercial translation.

3.Prepare and submit on time all required reports (e.g. Itinerary, Project Status Report, Customer Profile Presentation, Job Orders and Industry/Account Business Plans, etc.) to the Business Unit Manager.

4.Closely coordinate with the Customer Care Group and other support departments for timely delivery of service to ensure customer satisfaction.

5.Closely coordinate with suppliers for efficient delivery of service to customers.

6.Continuously build rapport with clients for generation of possible sales leads and prospective clients.

7.Provide assistance in the preparation of annual sales plan and budget on assigned industry/accounts for review and approval of the Business Unit Manager.

8.Help prepare for project reviews, CPPs and business reviews and action planning sessions with the Business Unit Manager.

9.Keep abreast on client and competitor activities, market trends and conditions especially on pricing, and cascade these to the Business Unit Manager/Business Unit Specialist.

10.Recommend addition/deletion of products to update portfolio taking into consideration market trends in covered industry/ies.

11.Actively collaborate and share information with other offices of CTC in generating new ideas and projects that will support the CTC growth engines.

12.Model the corporate values of Integrity and Proper Stewardship.

13.Build and nurture harmonious relationships with all internal customers of all departments.

• Graduate of Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering or any related course
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year related experience in Technical Sales an advantage With driving skills
• Knowledgeable in food ingredients, pharma ingredients, waste management, feeds or homecare, an advantage
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
