Job Description
- Communicates with different business units of the company for coordination and alignment
- Has determination to ensure people meet their deadlines by being persuasive or firm if necessary
- Improves quality results by studying, evaluating and re-designing processes and implementing changes
- Reminds the President on matters that require follow-ups and scheduling
- Ensures that all of the President’s official communications and instructions addressed to specific officers, managers and/or employees as well as external contact are dispatched on time and received by the intended addressee/s
- Assists in the coordination of all activities and ensures information flow to and from the Office of the President and other office units
- Assists in planning key committee meetings to include tracking, monitoring and follow-up on the progress of projects, action items and strategies that emanate from the President
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/s/College Degree, any field
- At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Supervisor / 5 Years & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent
- Can work with minimal supervision and can do multitasking
- Can manage his/her time well
- High level of professionalism and demonstrated ability to handle confidential information is crucial for this role
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Highly resourceful team-player and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive and efficient
- Possess the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations with strong written and verbal communiction, administrative and organizational skills and has the ability to maintain a realistic balance among mutiple priorities
- Ability to encourage effective behavior from other while maintaining friendly and productive relationships
- Must be able to relate well with all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
