Executive Assistant  

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to executives:
  •  Managing calendars
  •  Coordinating meetings and events
  •  Handling confidential information with discretion
  •  Invoicing and collecting payments
  •  Responding to emails
  •  Answering phone calls
  •  Following up with clients
  •  Monitor ongoing projects
  •  Office supply inventory management
  •  Scanning and filing documents

Must have very good English and no hint of an accent(Must)

• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role(At least 5 years of relevant work experience)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
• Typing speed of 60 words per minute or more is preferred
