Sales Development Specialist  

This is a hybrid role of digital marketing, content creation & development, software development (java) and web development & design.

• Use client's & public information, plus your business acumen to build Buyer Propensity (BPT) scores to segment client targets
• Uncover specific buying personas and use information sources to learn about client's prospects
• Create Scouting Reports that outline the company, buyers and opportunities that are aligned to client’s prospects
• Work with leadership to evangelize the client narrative and key messages
• Create and manage the assets for sales enablement in the content repository

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent, or Vocational diploma
• 3-4 years solid experience in Market and/or Sales Development or work experience in related fields
• Working knowledge in MS Excel Power Query and logical functions is preferred
• Experience with software development using python, Java, API platforms or relevant light coding is a plus, but not required
• Willing to be trained in popular non-code or low code data platforms (like Zapier, Integromat, Airtable, Tray.io). Some experience is a plus.
• Some experience and willingness to build skills around content development, writing and marketing
• Effective oral and written communication skills
