Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Main Responsibilities as Level 2 Data Entry Associate:

  • Subject Matter Expertise. Ability to understand and analyze business unit processes and updates to support the following responsibilities:
  • Serve as a guide for the Data Entry Level Associate’s account specific process needs and inquiries with the main objective of resolving issues to avoid shipment delays
  • Liaise with the section chiefs and operations managers onshore (with team leader approval) to suggest or organize updates on the current IOPs (acronym needed) or operations manuals
  • Facilitate training for new hires on process specific curriculum and update training or team huddles for tenured data entry level associates on process specific changes
  • Shipment Resolution. Liaise with the operations personnel onshore including section chiefs or even operations managers to resolve any account specific issue(s) that may lead to shipment delays and penalties
  • Operations Presence / Availability. Be able to cover majority or all of the Data Entry Associate’s account specific process needs and inquiries whether through floor walking or any other initiatives that denotes the availability to support them at any given point in time
  • Efficiency and Quality Improvement. Be able to work with the Team Leader to create initiatives, training or any internal processes aimed to improve the quality of Data Entry Associate’s output both on speed and accuracy

Kualifikasi Minimum

Functional Competencies

  • Must be proficient in various computer applications such as Microsoft Office applications, internet browsing platforms, and other related systems – experience working with EdiSON, LIMA and New Look is a plus
  • Ability to understand and analyze complex processes quickly and accurately
  • Ability to communicate processes and ideas clearly to an individual or to a large audience
  • Organized, process-driven and with a great level of attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks or projects that will be assigned from time to time
  • Has a strong work ethic and possesses a can-do attitude when faced with challenges
  • Has the ability to work as an active member of the team or a business unit
  • Willing to go beyond the call of duty
  • Ability to liaise with any company personnel regardless of designation or role locally or overseas
  • Ability to adapt to a multi-cultural working environment (i.e. Hong Kong, China, Australia, Singapore etc.)

Education & Work Background

  • With experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • At least a Bachelor’s/College Degree on Exports Management or equivalent
  • Must have at least 1 year experience working as a Data Entry Clerk or Agent in any field or industry
  • Preferably 1-4 years’ experience working for a Shipping and/ or Logistics company whether locally or abroad
  • Fresh graduates with Customs Administration background are welcome to apply

  • Basic to advance working knowledge of computer systems
  • Has at least a basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Power point

  • Must be able to work on flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must be amenable to be assigned to any CS-PAC office location and available to travel overseas for any business related needs
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
