Job Description
- Ensures that the production and distribution organization functions in accordance with approved plans and management directives;
- Prepares annual and semi-annual production budgets for approval by management.
- Develops plans and programs on production, distribution and maintenance designed to attain approved budgets.
- Ensures that approved plans and programs are implemented timely and effectively.
- Conducts periodic performance reviews to determine that the team is directed towards set goals and targets.
- Identifies and analyzes deviations and formulates action plans to correct said deviations.
- Develops employee productivity and effectiveness programs such as one-on-one coaching and trainings. This is also to prepare personnel for bigger responsibilities.
- Ensures compliance to company policies, rules & regulations at all levels within his jurisdiction.
- Ensures that management reportorial requirements are consistently met and complied with.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned or required by the superiors from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS Psychology/Human Resource Management graduate or equivalent;
- With at least two experience in similar capacity in a manufacturing set-up;
- Well-organized, diligent and keen on details;
- Proficient in MS Office Applications; and,
- With high degree of honesty and integrity
