Job Description
- Prepares logistics plan based on the forecasted sales from the sales department then continually adjusts the plan considering the possible changes in forecasts.
- Strengthens delivery capability through continual evaluation of existing fleet and accredited haulers capacities.
- Handles the accreditation of haulers and its periodic evaluation.
- Ensures that product delivery to customers is accurate based on approved Sales Order in terms of product specifications, quantity, place, and timing. Products delivered should be free from any defects.
- Ensures that every product deliveries are documented by preparing and processing Sales Invoice accurately and in a timely manner.
- Continually reviews logistics procedures for improvement on effectiveness and efficiency.
- Prepares Daily Delivery Report then submits it to the Operations Manager and Sales Admin. Assistants for take-up in the Daily Sales Report.
- Coordinates with Sales Admin. Assistants on delivery feedbacks required by customers if information is interim and not yet taken up in the Daily Delivery Report.
- Ensures compliance to plant safety policies and procedures.
- Conducts periodic performance appraisal of employees as basis for development programs and other management use.
- Develops employee productivity and effectiveness programs such as one-on-one coaching and trainings. This is also to prepare personnel for bigger responsibilities.
- Ensures compliance to company policies, rules & regulations at all levels within his jurisdiction.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned or required by the superiors from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably, Male
- A graduate of engineering course or equivalent preferably licensed
- With at least two experience in similar capacity
- Well-organized, diligent and keen on details
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- With high degree of honesty and integrity
