Job Description
- Accountable overall for the sales volume and sales collection performance of BDPSO supervisor and all BDPSO personnel and in the attainment of established goals, quotas and budgets
- Creates a yearly sales forecast and budget for Sales & Marketing group
- Submits and discusses weekly Sales and Prospects Progress reports to the General Manager -Pipes Division
- Establishes and maintains rapport and good business relationship with Key and strategic clients such as Architects, Engineers, Consultants, Designers, Contractors etc
- Develops and establishes effective geographical/area assignment and responsibilities/ accountabilities of BDPSO group
- Ensures that BDPSO supervisor and officers are effectively and regularly covering their respective areas and clients
- Evaluates, designates and closely monitors monthly marketing functions such as GMM's conventions, product presentations, etc. and submit to the General Manager -Pipes Division a weekly detailed report on leads/projects gathered in such even
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in institutional project sales and/or development of marketing programs/strategies, particularly in the construction-related durable goods, with at least three years as supervisor/manager.
- Good business contact in the area- customers, business and civic association, local government units.
