Job Description

Acquires working knowledge and skill in the electrical/electronic and mechanical functional operations/procedures of the production process/flow, including set-up parameters, start-up procedures, etc.

Acquires working knowledge of the physical and inherent properties and product specifications of the divisions finished products (i.e. pipes & fittings) and monitors compliance of all production output with these properties and specifications.

Conducts monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting and corrective repair/rescue of all production machinery & equipment and all of their support accessories (e.g. cooling tower, chiller, compressor, etc.), in accordance with the list of maintenance tasks.

Documents in a timely and comprehensive manner the production machinery & equipment problems encountered during production operations and any corrective repair/rescue tasks performed.

Provides technical guidance and supervision to the electromechanics in all maintenance activities of all production.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduate of BS Engineering
Must be a board Passer
Keen and organized to details
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skill
