Job Description

Responsible for the direction, training, and motivation of a core customer and principal account sales force toward agreed critical objectives for key result areas of the company, particularly in the achievement of gross profit target, inventory turnover and timely collection of recevables, within an allocated budget.

Responsible for the development, establishment and attainment of marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Ensure effective management of the overall marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization.

Strategic Account Management

  • Plan, lead, control, monitor and evaluate activities of the account management team.
    • Link objectives, programs, schedules and assignments identified
    • Budget preparation and control
    • Monitors and evaluates activities based on set objectives
    • Employee performance management
    • Staff development
  • Initiate, plan, develop, coordinate, and supervise the execution of marketing policies and programs.
  • Continuously support principals in monitoring market opportunities and demand, drive account development plans, particularly for the critical customers.
  • Train and motivate the sales force toward agreed objectives and achievement of the prescribed target within an allocated budget.
  • Be responsible for the efficient daily operations of account managers with focused customers specifically identified by the Operations Director/Management.
  • Coach Account Managers on proper sales techniques and strategies. Provides the necessary presence especially during critical sales meetings with customers.
  • Maintain rapport with customers and establishing business needs and directions, as opportunities for Sales.

Strategic Marketing

  • Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional staff and activities.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing services.
  • Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects.
  • Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activity and results.
  • Conduc market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products/services
  • Perform analysis of customer research, current market conditions, and competitor information.
  • Determine and manage the marketing budget.
  • Deliver marketing activities within agreed budget.
  • Communicate with media and advertising.
  • Develop plans on utilizing Social Media for the benefit of the organization.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of work experience in the same capacity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
  • CPA.
