Job Description
Homebased Outbound Sales Agent (USA)
JOB TYPE: Full-time
HOURS: 9am to 6pm PST
LOCATION: Remote, however stable connection must be verified
PAY: Php 15,000
Job Description:
- Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
Requirements:
- PC/Laptop as this is a home based job
- Must have a stable internet connection (10mbps) and reliable backup connection (5mbps)

Minimum Qualifications
- Outbound Sales Experience - Cold Calling
- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of BPO sales outbound is a MUST
- Strong Phone Presence
- Communicates effectively, both written and oral
- Accountable, Motivated, Outgoing and Driven
- Can work with minimal supervision
