Sales Operations Specialist  

Sales Operations Specialist uses systems and technology to support the sales team. Their primary responsibility is to ensure lead and data quality on Hubspot, improving the overall sales workflow with reduced manual research and tasks to be done by the Business Development Reps.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee sales-related data management, associated processes, and systems
• Conduct research, analyze data, and oversee various administrative tasks required to ensure our organization reaches our sales goals
• Collaborate with other departmental resources (sales and marketing) to support data quality, accuracy, and process adherence
• Report sales and campaign results to their managers and other departments as needed
• Complete other sales-related tasks assigned by Operations Manager

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven ability to multitask both independently and within a team
• Strong analytical skills with basic to intermediate skills in creating reports and documentation
• Has a proven background working with Hubspot
• Good written and oral English language skills
• Able to work effectively with minimal supervision

System Requirements

• At least 15mbps main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
• A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
• Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
