Job Description
Overall Purpose of the Role:
The CRM Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing the organisations email marketing campaigns and maximising revenue and engagement opportunities, as well as driving deep understanding of and from the company’s CRM and customer database.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the company’s email campaigns and driving engagement and sales through email marketing.
- Manage the company’s customer contact programme, inclusive of managing of online customer reviews
- Overseeing direct communications with customers through the CRM, inclusive of surveys and questionnaires.
- Analysis of current email marketing campaigns and making recommendations for improvement.
- Managing trigger email campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize customer engagement and sales.
- Carrying out segmentation of the database to drive deeper understanding of customers
- A/B Testing on various email campaigns to establish the most effective.
- MVT Testing on email marketing campaigns.
- Tracking and reporting on email campaigns in order to guide improvements.
- Reporting on sales revenues generated through email marketing campaigns.
- Ensuring all email campaigns comply with current email best practice in the industry.
- Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability
Minimum Qualifications
The Person:
This position requires a person who has expertise in strategic planning and brand awareness. A person who is spontaneous and who puts high regard to its customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- Degree educated with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Previous experience as an email marketing or CRM Specialist ideally within a similar industry.
- You will be extremely analytical and be able to translate complex data into actionable and profitable marketing plans.
