- Manage the dining staff and operations in order to achieve the company mission of delivering a delightful and memorable dining experience according to established 1771 Group of restaurants’ Standards and develop their full potential.
- Overall responsible for the administration and operations of the restaurant.
- Ensure high quality of food and beverage, service and customer delight
Hospitality
- Authorizes the giving of complimentary desserts for birthdays/special occasions/complaints
- Handles escalated guest complaints and does everything in his/her power to please the guest and makes the guests feel welcome and special
- Knows loyal, regular & VIP guests, stockholders, and persons with signing privileges
- Goes the extra mile in pleasing the guest
- Conducts the second check back when on shift duty
- Takes the time to engage with the guests
Customer Perspective
Product Quality
- Sees to it that the food & beverage served are of the highest quality and according to the established standards of 1771 Group of Restaurants
Service
- Sees to it that the execution of the standards of service is well done and appropriate to the situation and the occasion
- Sees to it that the dining staff follow the Chef de Rang – Commis de Rang system in executing the sequence of service
Financial Perspective
Manages Sales & Revenue
- Achieve the monthly EBITDA targets
Manages Food & Beverage Cost
- Studies trend of production of mise-en-place, wastage and spillage in the bar and makes recommendations for cost-effectiveness
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
- Has business acumen and drive
- Team leader/builder
- Creative and open-minded
- Above average proficiency in written and verbal English
- Has worked abroad or traveled internationally
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
