- Handles and recognizes opportunities to maximize revenue by up-selling and offering enhancements to create outstanding events.
- Implements revenue management strategies and processes aimed to optimize and maximize overall revenue of the hotel.
- Does daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting.
- Creates and develops pricing strategies for each market segment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hotel and Restaurant Management.
- 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Has a proven successful track record in events management.
- Physically fit, neat, well-groomed.
- Has entrepreneurial mindset and strong sales background and network.
- Tactful, sensitive to guests and employee needs, flexible, has high attention to details.
- Creative, has enthusiastic disposition and highly motivated, able to thrive under pressure.
