- Responsible for the planning, organization, and supervision of the cleaning and maintenance of the hotel
- Specific responsibilities include guest rooms, public areas, back of the house areas, linens and uniforms
- Initiates and maintains effective communication within the Housekeeping Department and other departments
- Ensures that policies, procedures, and standards are followed
Minimum Qualifications
- A degree in college preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism or Management
- At least 2 years work experience in the same capacity in the industry
- Strong leadership skills, able to motivate team
- Meticulous and pro-active working attitude
- Committed to professional values and integrity
- Must be willing to be based in Batangas City
