- Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail.
- Administer all reservations, cancellations and no-shows, in line with company policy.
- Observe proper telephone etiquette and spiels.
- Observe checklist when talking to guests on phone (Ask contact details, date / time, dietary restrictions and allergies –for Gallery).
- Plan out the seating chart and organize the reservation.
- Greet the guest immediately upon arrival, escort guest to tables and pull out the chair for the guest to assist seating.
- Deliver excellent customer service, at all times.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pleasing appearance;
- At least 5'3" height;
- Excellent Communication Skills both oral and written (English and Tagalog);
- Strong Initiative and resourcefulness;
- Good Interpersonal Skills;
- Good customer service skills;
