Job Description
- Defines and implements IT quality assurance practices and procedures.
- Tests, evaluates, and validates IT initiatives.
- Identifies issues in software or services.
- Analyzes discrepancies in service or performance and makes recommendations for product or service updates.
- Utilizes tools for consistent quality audit review.
- Utilizes tools to track the quality audit review results.
- Identifies opportunities to improve department efficiencies based on quality statistics. Works closely with Business Analysts to implement system improvements.
- Researches suggestions forwarded by staff and keep items confidential, as needed.
- Ability to maintain consistency in regard to department standards/procedures.
- Keeps manager informed verbally and in writing of activities and problems within assigned area of responsibility; refers matters beyond limits of authority to the manager.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as requested.
- Upholds the Crawford Code of Conduct
Minimum Qualifications
- Two or more years of quality assurance experience preferred to include but not limited to call centers and service desk
- Must possess creativity and be self-motivated.
- Strong visual and written communications.
- Must display good time management skills and prioritize work.
- Must have good interpersonal and questioning skills.
- Excellent knowledge of word processing, powerpoint, excel, and understanding of databases. Must be familiar with evolving technology.
- Requires a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Strong analytical skills
