Dispatcher / Office Administrator

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

1-2 years secretarial or office experience.

Expertise in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of functions and formulas).

Excellent communication skills in both English and Tagalog.

Oriented and well-practiced in customer service.

High organizational skills.

Job Description:

In charge of liaising between sellers, e-commerce site and logistics service.

First point of contact for incoming calls from buyers, sellers, logistics and other interested parties.

Supervise office functions and upkeep.
