Job Description
For this position, you can expect to have the following responsibilities:
- Basic Bookkeeping (Quickbooks)
- Accounts Receivable Collection
- Accounts Payable payment
- Billing/Invoices and OR creation
- Posting daily transactions on Cash Flow Report, ensuring that the figures are accurate and reconcile with Bank Statements
- Payroll Validation
- Petty Cash Report Validation and recording
- Administrative tasks to support Accountant
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Accounting and Business Administration Degree, or related 4-year courses;
- Must have the following skills
- Excellent computer skills particularly Spread Sheets
- Data entry skills and familiar with Various Software preferably Quickbooks
- Good organizational and Interpersonal Skills
