Job Description
Books (SAP) vs Supports (invoice, receipts, import documents, etc) review
- 100% SAP posting matches with invoices, receipts, import documents (advise issues as needed)
- 100% Printing of documents supports for related tax entries
Data Download/Extraction
- Transactions equal and reconciles with the should be total, consolidation of reports
- Tallies with balances per SAP
- Extracted vendors should have existing tax codes
- Transactions equal and reconciles with the should be total, consolidation of reports
- Ensure the line item equals the breakdown per account.
- Complete BSR template for every required account
Compliance and Audit Support
- Details tally with source data (tax returns, SAP, etc)
- Details tally with source data (i.e tax returns, SAP)
- Consolidation of all reports
- 100% Matching of reports/data vs returns and other source data
- 100% archiving of all documents
- Extraction of samples as defined
- Extraction of data, consolidation
- 100% Matching with P&G data and customers/vendors data
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management or any related course
- Proficient in using MS Excel and Word
- Atleast 6 months working experience in the same field is an advantage
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig City
- Willing to accept project-based employment
