- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or any other related filed.
- Must have has at least 3 years of working experience in working in a sales or marketing position, preferably as junior marketing personnel.
- Must have experience doing sales in an IT Company
