Job Description
- Provide the first level of support
- Own ticket and follow the playbook
- Monitor jobs and infrastructure
- Document and test resolution
- Escalate ticket to Level 2 support if necessary
- Meet agreed-upon SLA
- Document support procedure in the playbook
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree holder of any course, preferably, IT-related course
- 1-2 years experience in production support
- Competent in Windows, Unix or Linux operating systems
- Knowledgeable in a programming language, development tools, and database
- Knowledgeable in systems analysis and database design
- Knowledgeable in ServiceNow and writing knowledge base articles is a plus
- Detail-oriented
- Good interpersonal skills/teamwork, excellent problem-solving skills
- Good English communication skills
- Amenable to work during a night shift, weekends, holidays, and shifting schedule
- Willing to extend overtimes when required
