Operations/ Account Manager  

As an Operations Manager:

• Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
• Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
• Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
• Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.

As an Account Manager:

• Acquire and manage new clients / fresh accounts
• Provide excellent servicing to new and existing clients
• Coordination and collaboration with creative teams for pitches and proposals
• Coordination with project teams for executions
• Create strategies and initiatives for client acquisition and retention
• Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in marketing/sales.
• at least 2 years of experience as an operations/account manager
• Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing and being able to apply them when strategizing
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
• The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
• The ability to work under pressure.
