Job Description
- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
- Finding applicant sources
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Does other HR related Task
- Does Administrative related task
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bahelor's degree in Social Science/Sociology, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- Preferably 6 months of experience in technical recruitment
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Familiar with the roles and task in recruitment and other HR related task
- Excellent communication skill
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
