Job Description
- Gathers and analyzes requirements
- Designs software architecture in line with IT standards and business goals
- Prepares system specifications
- Creates functional documentation
- Validates and verifies system outputs against business requirements
- Assists in user training and acceptance testing
- Conducts code review
- Assigns work to team members
- Monitors the work of team members and ensures deliverables
- Performs thorough integration and system testing.
- Prepares user and technical documentation.
- Monitors system implementation.
- Assist in the preparation of Project Plans, timetables, manpower, assignment and resource requirements.
- Mentoring the Senior AP, AP and Programmers.
- Conducts technical session as needed.
- Works in committees to set coding standards and review work outputs of the team.
Minimum Qualifications
- 4 years solid experience in systems analysis and design and programming
- Competent in Java programming language, development tools and database
- Competent in applying different methodologies in system design
- Good project management knowledge and skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
