Countrywide Water Services Inc. a water subsidiary of Filinvest Development Corporation is committed in pursuing the Gotaniun tradition of making difference in the lives of Filipinos. CWSI was incorporated on May 18, 2012. CWSI has the technical expertise and skills in the operation, management, maintenance, and rehabilitation of waterworks and sewerage systems of its residential projects. Since August 2, 2012, Filinvest Land, Inc. (FLI) has engaged the services of CWSI in order to maintain and further improve the billing, collection, and customer relation services in the waterworks and sewerage systems of FLI’s real estate projects. CWSI also is involved in the operation and maintenance of Filinvest Alabang, Inc.’s (FAI) water, sanitation and sewerage treatment plants in their flagship project, The Filinvest Corporate City – Alabang. This includes services for the supply, distribution, and sale of potable water to domestic, commercial, and industrial users. CWSI is also involved in the construction, maintenance, and the operation of all necessary and convenient buildings, structures, reservoirs, and other waterworks facilities. The company aims to be a leading supplier of bulk water to the various water districts and local government units (LGU). CWSI continues to discuss and negotiate with several water districts and LGUs forging partnerships which would serve the interest of the people in their localities. CWSI is mainly responsible for the water supply and wastewater system requirements of Filinvest in recently awarded projects namely the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA)’s Clark Green City Project involving 288 hectares development and the Clark Development Corporation (CDC)’s lease and operation of the former Mimosa Leisure and Resorts, a 220-hectare prime property in Clarkfield, Pampanga.
