Job Description
The Sales Supervisors responsible for identifying, developing and maintaining sales and marketing objectives, strategies, plans and programs in accordance with the organization goals to meet the Company’s mission and vision, expand and grow the business network, and empower the team to be productive through their own initiatives with proper guidance while maintaining the atmosphere of teamwork.
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure his/her team achieves or exceeds sales targets
- Ensure sufficient market coverage to explore all opportunities on a scheduled basis
- Contact potential customers to assess their capability/coverage
- Develop and submit suitable selling proposals
- Maintain accurate up-to-date sales pipeline and forecasts;
- Develop and maintain strategic sales accounts.
- Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products and services
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services.
- Must quickly learn and familiarize himself/herself with products & services
- Strategize sales leads, push sales team, train sales team on proper handling of clients and orders.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in business administration, management, marketing or an appropriate related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years related experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Will ideally have worked in large, medium and small companies
- Will live within easy commuting distance of Makati
- With pleasing personality
- At least 2 years background in sales management of Furniture & Space Planning industry, IT, Online Marketing, Online Advertising, Real Estate or equivalent will be an advantage
- Experienced in the same field of FURNITURE & INTERIORS INDUSTRY preferred.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Knowledge of AUTOCAD, PHOTOSHOP, 3D and SKETCH UP is an advantage
- Preferably a graduate or with a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any Business Course, or degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Media Advertising, Communication Arts or equivalent or Undergraduate of Architecture Course or Interior Design or equivalent
- Fluent in Mandarin, Fook Yuen, Japanese, Korean is a PLUS FACTOR.
