Mandate:
Responsible for
- IT Service Desk Team skill and competency development
- Continuous IT Service Desk Quality Improvements
- Daily team management and day to day IT Service Desk operations
Responsibilities:
- Support IT Service Desk Manager with IT Service Desk team management
- Develop the scope and quality of IT Service Desk Operations
- Develop the IT service desk team competency
- Ensure continuous IT service desk quality improvement
- Log and analyze IT service desk statistics and KPI’s
- Recommend IT service improvements
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science studies and/or vast experience within the field of IT Service Management
- Proficiency in using support software tools is desired
- Excellent Communication skills in an international environment
- Must have at least 3 of years Team Lead/Supervisory and at least 5 years or more of solid IT Service Desk experience
