Job Description
- Efficiently manage call volume and labor resources for our inbound, outbound and work flow, while maintaining and exceed goals and expectations
- Monitors adherence real time to ensure performance is within pre-set parameters, works with managers to resolve schedule adherence issues, escalating to Senior Operations Manager up to General Manager - if necessary
- Responsible for collecting, documenting and analyzing operations data to identify trends and develop data-driven insights that improve business decisions
- Manage, oversee leaves and overtime process and directly coordinate with Human Resources for data and payroll management
- Prepare an accurate timesheet and other pertinent reports required for preparation of payroll file.
- Design and produce standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and various data visualization reporting tools.
- Provides essential input to the management team so that staffing plans are based on analysis of historical performance and real time date
- Design and prepare reports to meet internal and US counterparts’ requirements
- Create and configure new reports and dashboards aligned with the needs of shareholders and management.
- Perform modifications and enhancement on existing reports based on evolving business requirements.
- Validate and test reports to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Participate in the design and development of business intelligence reporting tools.
- Provide support and training to end-users for reporting tools and reports
- Provide expertise in PowerPoint and other communication tools for complex slide development.
- Coordinate with operations and initiating contingency plans for unusual volume or agent availability situation
- Effectively manage relationships with senior management, clients and own team to the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
- Conduct full root cause analysis on operational performance.
- Develop, troubleshoot and maintain a report that will interconnect different internal tools and dbase across different departments – sitewide.
- Create/Maintain portal and dashboard that will enable management team to make an intelligent/informed decision.
- Perform any other duties related to the job as assigned by management
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Information Technology or any related course
- At least 2 years of experience with data mining and/or reporting
- Preferably someone with background with basic report programming tool such as C++ and Excel Macro.
- Intermediate to advance proficiency level in MS Excel, Macro and Visual Basic
- Intermediate proficiency level in MS PowerPoint and other MS Office tools
- Intermediate to advance proficiency with SQL and dbase development
- Intermediate to excellent level: English communication – verbal and written
- Ability to follow instructions, keen to details, and highly analytical type.
- Willing to work on a graveyard shift (9PM-6AM)
