Job Description
- Interview and schedule Expat candidates through different lines of communication.
- Create job offer and manage pre-employment requirements.
- Partner with HR departments regarding expat concerns.
- Provide recruitment report to HR Team Leader and vendor management.
- Answer day to day expat queries.
- Provide support in visa processing for hired expat candidates.
- Manage expat arrival and housing.
- Manage expat on-boarding (condo, IT, government requirements, compben, etc.)
- Conduct expat orientation.
- Assist different HR departments in document translation.
- Answer expat queries regarding company benefits, code of conduct, and events.
- Strengthen partnership with expat leaders and provide HR related updates.
- Assist and participate in companywide activities such as trainings, outings, periodic event and parties.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree holder of Business, Psychology, Social Science or any related course.
- Knowledgeable with the Mandarin language
- Must have well to above average written and oral communication skills.
- With strong people management skills.
- Detail oriented with good presentation skills.
- Excellent Client Service skills.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to prioritize workload and possess strong problem solving skills.
