Job Description
Overall responsibilities:
- Will handle Visayas and Mindano region
- To drive sales growth at all level in the assigned territories/markets
- To identify and develop new businesses (new products, new applications, new geographic area, new customers) that can and will drive revenues
- To monitor competitors activities such as product change, dealer change, promotion, specifications updates, etc and to use the acquired information to take the appropriate strategic actions to maintain and/or improve market shares
- Develop and maintain good contacts with major crane rental companies and major engineering and construction companies
- Establish close customer contact to determine customer needs, and position the Company to satisfy those needs
- Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of any Business course (Sales and Marketing)
- With at least 5 years of experience in Sales, especially in selling construction/heavy equipment like forklifts, cranes, and backhoe
- Must be fluent in English
- Able to drive and communicate effectively with people from different levels of the organization
- Able to work under pressure and extended working hours as required in order to meet the customers' demands
- Candidates who are residing in Cebu are preferrable
