Job Description
- Manage e-commerce store set-up (Store Builder) and maintenance
- Respond to customer inquiries/complaints and coordinate with the concerned department and/or service provider to resolve product or service problems.
- Recommend potential products to management by collecting information and analysing customer needs
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any business of IT-related course
- Has experience in e-commerce and handling online selling platforms
- Knowledgeable in MS Office tools
- Excellent communication skills
