Job Description
- As the senior researcher you will work directly with clients and leaders in our business. You will be expected to work commercially and creatively with clients from day one - owning all aspects of our qualitative research projects.
- You will focus not just on designing and executing the research but also on digging deep into the data to develop a clear narrative around key issues and outcomes for clients.
- Ideally, while leading our qualitative research, you will also be comfortable with quantitative research e.g . survey writing while a standout candidate will have experience using statistical packages.
Minimum Qualifications
- Practical experience running end to end qualitative research operation - client liaison, project scoping and briefing, research design, moderating/interviewing, qualitative analysis, reporting and presentation.
- To be successful you must be a clear communicator, have a high EQ, liaise well with clients and have a positive,self starting can-do attitude.
- You will be good at leading people. This role has a team of junior researchers, designers and database engineers supporting it so experience working in teams and managing others is also ideal. Ultimately you will be curious and passionately driven to help our clients grow their businesses.
