Job Description

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Processes government mandated benefits – SSS and HDMF loans, Sickness and Maternity Benefits, Philhealth Benefits
  • Prepares reports to government agencies for enrollment of new employees and update of status
  • Monitors and maintains database of employees both HMO and GPA
  • Updates reports on received loans and vouchers for payroll purposes and tracking purposes
  • Requests and prepares attachment for government agencies’ clearances
  • Generates monthly Philhealth Reports
  • Payroll account opening for newly hired employees
  • Edit and lay-out company ID of new hires
  • Pick-up and sort mails for HR Department
  • Uploads biometrics data to ERP and generating timekeeping reports
  • Carries out manual adjustments of time records for field-based employees with daily liquidation reports
  • Consolidate transportation expenses of sales employees for the week for replenishment purposes
  • Generates YTD attendance summary
  • Prepares and issues memo for attendance infractions
  • Enrolls new employee to biometrics
  • Routes and records lunch sign-up
  • Prepares attendance report for Mobility Fund and Operating Expenses
  • Prepares and send non-compliance or AWOL notice to separated employees
  • Sorts and reviews resumes
  • Manages the flow of paper applications and manages the recruiting email box
  • Provides a first review of resumes
  • Maintains and updates database of active applications
  • Schedules and invites applicants for examination
  • Administers and checks examination of applicants
  • Conducts interview for qualified applicants
  • Schedules interviews for the hiring manager and Human Resources. Schedules additional interviews as needed.
  • Prepare applicant’s folder for endorsement to the top management. Conducts background investigation
  • Conducts the pre-employment processes, prepares paperwork required for new hires and establishes personnel file for turn-over to the HR Head
  • Ensures that company property/ies assigned or used by him/her, as well as his/her work area are well-kept, properly used, maintained and used only for work purposes
  • Observes the “Clean as You Go” policy and makes sure of good housekeeping within the company premises
  • Active promotion and practice of the Health and Wellness vision and drive of the Company
  • Active participation in the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities of the Company
  • Compliance with the Company’s Employee Handbook, policies, rules and regulations
  • Other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time and/or depending on the exigencies of work

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Above average computer literacy
  • Very organized and keen on details
  • Very good people and communication skills (good leadership)
  • Very analytical, honest, hardworking, mature and flexible
  • Has a healthy lifestyle
  • Can work from Mondays through Saturdays
  • Can be promoted to handle bigger assignments
  • Can start immediately
  • Compensation package is dependent on the experience and skill level of the applicant.
