Minimum Qualifications:
Graduated from college
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Technical Skills - Must have the basic operating knowledge on Computers & highly proficient in using MS Office.
  • Quality - Must have a keen attention to details. Organizes and maintains a system of records & develops and maintains standards and procedures for all transactions.
  • Efficiency - The ability to exercise judgment in solving basic issues and concerns. Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision & sets/negotiates priorities. Identifies what is urgent and what is important.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City.
  • Preferably 1-4 yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • To lead the achievement of the Setting-up Plan and Operation Plan as laid out by the Division Head
  • To ensure a smooth delivery of the services to the internal clients / customers
  • To coordinate with FALD regional structure in areas of staffing, performance, service delivery, finance, etc.
  • To share and adopt best practices amongst CICT Facility Management Team and Corporate Services team
  • To take a proactive role in areas where an interface with on-site Building Management is needed including the client’s Business Continuity Management, Critical Environment Management, Health, Safety and Environment issues.
  • To ensure a smooth delivery of the services to the internal clients / customers including proper follow ups and updates to the division head and management.
  • To manage the Helpdesk Services, Administration Services and Invoice/Billing Services in the day-to-day operations.
  • Oversees the transport and fleet management services and systems.
  • Oversee the proper maintenance, safety, and security of the vehicles.
  • Oversee the deployment of vehicles.
  • Arranges required insurance coverage for all company vehicles as well as registration thereof with LTO.
  • Personally attend to vehicular accident and corresponding police matters for their appropriate resolution and/or settlement.
  • Attend to insurance claims covering vehicular accident damages/losses to vehicle and/or passengers when applicable until these are satisfactorily settled
  • Maintaining and updating reports (hard copy/soft copy) for vehicles issuance and maintenance​​


  • Over-all overview of FALD Operation, Regional Client Relationship, Landlord Relationship, Setting up Guidelines & KOP, Monthly Report for management reference.


  • Minimize complaints and maximize efficiency thru cost management on all facility managed by FALD
  • All employees and management staff are on-boarded and provided with work tools and workspace in reference to agreed SLA with HR and IT.
  • All resource related expense under FALD is kept within approved operations and ADHOC budget.
  • Both tenant and lease management related expense aging are managed well.
