Solution Specialist

When hired, you will start by learning new skills and our business model, doing basic tech support, system configurations, and building eLearning courses. In a nutshell: We need a business and support consultant with first rate tech skills.

The most important part of this job is to provide our clients with amazing customer support and business consulting support.

• Handle inbound phone and email support requests. Common requests include: Password resets, report running, browser issues, adding users in LMS, etc.
• You learn to help provide our clients a professional level of business consulting and solution implementation support by sitting in on our sales demos, implementation meetings, and other technical training session and become an expert in our products.

In addition to that amazing support and consulting you’ll provide, we need someone with some good software chops. Here’s what sort of software skills we’re looking for primarily:

• PowerPoint, Word, Excel
• Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat (at least Photoshop is helpful here)
• Articulate Storyline or Presenter, other eLearning publishing software.
• Content or learning management experience (Wordpress, LMS, Moodle, Drupal, Joomla, etc.)
• If you do not have experience in all of these software applications but you’re a quick learner that’s fine too. But you must have extensive experience in learning and picking up new software skills.

Some very nice to have skills...

• Excellent (10/10) spoken and written English. Experience working with USA based customers preferred.

• Experience with technical support/customer service or fresh out of college with good references and work examples.

• You can quickly learn software and cloud apps Google Apps, Helpscout, Join.me, Webex, Articulate Storyline, Asana, GotoMeeting, Adobe Presenter, Skype, etc. Please search for these apps and review them. These are the apps we work with and you will spend your days using. They make working online fun!

• You must have access to at least a 3mb internet connection in your home. We will pay you to upgrade your line to ensure you have the best internet available.

• You have a great eye for design and can make basic documents look professionally put together.
